Dr. Christa M Anderson
DR. CHRISTA M ANDERSON is a research fellow at the World Wildlife Fund where she researches and writes on climate change and forests.
Dr. Anderson has a PhD in Environment and Resources from Stanford and a Master’s in Environmental Science from Yale. Her primary interest is in conducting scientific research that is relevant for environmental policy and management. She has more than 10 years of research and professional experience in environmental science. She has published in scientific journals including Science, Frontiers in Ecology and the Environment, and Environmental Science and Technology. Her research has also been covered in popular media outlets such as The Washington Post and NPR’s Science Friday. She has worked on climate change programs at the World Bank and at the US Forest Service, including projects across sub Saharan Africa. |
